Lucid Dreams is our ever-evolving field blend rosé, an annual opportunity to experiment, shift, and respond to the season. While our other cuvées tend to follow a set composition, this wine is our place to play. The aim is always the same: vibrancy, energy, and drinkability.

The 2025 is blend of Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%). The Pinot component is mostly an 8 day carbonic ferment. It gives the wine its confected sweetness, lift and strawberry backbone while the Chardonnay keeps the wine light on its feet, mineral and fresh while being wrapped up in a super thirst quenching weight.

A smaller volume was made than usual, as the season dictated!
