A curated pack to welcome in spring ft:

1 × 2024 Minetta Chardonnay

A single barrel of chardonnay made from our ‘Minetta’ block, the oldest planting on our farm. This is the second iteration of this wine, the first being in 2021. For this cuvee the fruit was chilled down overnight, destemmed the following morning then basket pressed to barrel for fermentation. After some months we transferred it to tank to settle naturally, bottled without s02.

1 × 2024 Pinot Noir Rose

A single barrel of of Pinot Noir rose, our second time making this wine after its debut in 2023. Picked on 24th Feb, the fruit was chilled down overnight, destemmed early the following morning then pressed at night to barrel for fermentation. We moved it into our coolroom to allow for a slow gradual natural ferment. After the ferment subsided we topped it with Chardonnay and let it rest in barrel for seven months before we transferred the wine to tank by gravity where it spent a couple of months settling out naturally, bottled without s02. 

1 × 2024 Lucid Dreams

Our favourite wine that we make, a blend of Tempranillo (55%), Pinot Noir (40%), and Viognier (5%), picked on the same day, then sealed up for 8 days of whole-bunch carbonic maceration before being pressed to tank to finish fermenting. Comparatively to previous years, in 2024 we reverted back to earlier vintages, creating a more blush rose style wine that still has plenty of texture and concentration. There’s notes of strawberry, rhubarb and cranberry wrapped up in a super thirst quenching weight.
