Both of these wines represent our pursuit of the purest and most transparent expression of our vineyard in each particular growing season. The aim is not to shape the wine, but to preserve it while still making a wine of clarity and precision.

The 2024 Minetta Chardonnay comes from our older ‘Minetta’ block and was made as a single barrel. The fruit was picked on 28 February, chilled overnight, then destemmed and basket pressed to tank before being transferred to a single barrel for fermentation. After some time in barrel, the wine was returned to tank to settle naturally before being bottled directly from tank, without SO₂.

This is only the second iteration of the Minetta Chardonnay, following the first in 2021. Just 220 bottles were produced.

The 2024 Reserve Pinot Noir is made from our two favourite barrels of the vintage: one chosen for its pretty, floral and lifted red fruit, the other for its intensity and gravelly, reductive mineral edge. Made using a semi-carbonic approach and aged for 10 months in seasoned barrels. The wine is intentionally composed and restrained in its youth, revealing greater detail, texture and complexity as it opens in the glass.

Only 580 bottles of the 2024 Reserve Pinot Noir were produced.
